Kat is a wonderful coach, and I so loved working with her! Her approach to life design by helping identify my signature style is unique and delightful. What’s more fun than discussing your favorite style and figuring out why it lights you up? Her initial questionnaire really got me thinking about how I show up for (or hide from) myself and how my clothes communicate that to the world. Until our first session, I had not realized how invisible I’d been making myself over the years! Kat’s so lovely, relatable, compassionate, and easy to be with, and working with her felt just like visiting with my favorite, most stylish friend! In our sessions, Kat helped me figure out how to let go of old patterns of self-perception. Even more than that, she helped me remember how powerful and playful my essential self is, if I can just relax my thinking mind and let her run the ship.
